♡ Basic Information/TOS

By agreeing to our terms and wanting to buy a commission from us you automatically agree with the fact you’re 18+ NO MATTER THE COMMISSION and you WILL be held liable if you break our TOS in any sort of way! If we find out you’re under the age of 18 and have decided to lie to us {it does NOT matter if you have been given “parental permission” or not}, we have every right to cancel any form of continuation with your commission NO MATTER THE PROCESS STAGE with no refund due to the fact you have not followed our TOS and have broken it, and you’ll be blocked/blacklisted from ever communicating/working with us again even when you DO become 18+.

By buying a commission of any kind from us means you have automatically agreed to our Terms of Service. NOT READING DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE EXEMPTED FROM THIS. In fact it’ll most likely make us believe you’re incompetent or lazy, especially if you decide to go against our TOS.By accepting the terms of service you are giving us permission to share the artwork on our social media, in commission price examples and in advertisements.
You also agree to NOT pay with ECheques and to NOT pay with the “Friends & Family” service.
You also accept that I WON’T work with people that support Trump and/or MAGA. I am part of the LGBTQ+, if you wish to have a tantrum over this part of my TOS kindly fuck off and NEVER commission me.

You also accept the fact that there are no refunds whatsoever {being problematic, harassment towards me, begging/trying to get extras added on without paying the extra pricing, suddenly using the cancer/single mother/etc. card and so forth}.
I have the right to decline the request for ANY reason.
Art is a luxury, not a need. Get that through your thick skull.
I DO NOT MIMIC ART STYLES!! You’ll be instantly denied if you try to commission me for that.

We will NOT use your character or piece in any way to gain outside financial gain {Ex: Prints, Merch, etc.}
If there is any reason you do not want your piece shown, please tell us in advance. If you see your piece in an ad and do not want it there, tell us and it will not appear in future ads or examples.

You MUST have a clear digital reference. {Unless you are asking for a reference, or only have a full body of the character}.
NO sketch/AI generated/Minecraft skin references. {Unlike with Roblox avatars, MC skins are much harder for us to figure out}
Non shaded/non painted flat coloured refs are preferred.

Payments are ONLY accepted via VGen's payment methods.
All payments MUST be made within 24 hours of sale. 100% upfront ONLY!!
If extra time {not outlandish holds} is needed you must tell us within the 24 roadblock.

If you give us a deadline and you do not respond to us {in other words, ghosting} at any point throughout the commission within a week, we will IMMEDIATELY cancel your commission and go onto whatever other piece we were doing. You do NOT get to complain when this happens, you gave us the deadline so it is also your responsibility to make sure the piece finishes within said deadline you gave.When we send the sketch to you {for commissions WITHOUT deadlines}, you MUST provide a response {whether that be by telling it’s good to go or by saying you want a change} before we continue on with the commission. If you DO NOT give a response within 7 days, we will automatically continue on with the drawing under the assumption it’s good to go.

COMMERCIAL IS NOT COPYRIGHT

Personal use has 0% additional fees
Streaming/Content commercial use has 150% additional fees {N/A to stickers/emotes}
Merchandise/Ads commercial use has 300% additional feesIf you wish to showcase my WIPs {with credit} on your accounts for content then you MUST be okay with the 150% additional fees, if you’re not willing to pay then DON’T post my art. If you’re not willing to agree with this section DON’T commission me. And you WON’T be refunded if you commission me and ignore this section.Small changes to a commission are fine, but if the changes change the original sketch significantly to the point it isn't the same picture, you will be charged an extra fee for how big and how many changes there are.
You can NOT ask for changes to proportions/poses/etc once we are in the lineart and colouring stages, this is just completely stupid to us as we are going by the fact everything is perfect when the sketch is done. If you continue to be adamant, we have the right to CANCEL your commission from not listening to our TOS.

We give permission for you to repost your commissioned pieces to your VGen/ToyHouse/Tumblr/Twitter/etc. account only if proper credit is given.
If you want to sell your OC and we have drawn art for them, we give you permission. It is your OC after all.

We take a week maximum to complete the piece you have asked for, but it could take a little over if you have asked for something complicated, more than one commission, or depending on communication in general.

Do not claim our art as your own.
If you try to scam a refund, you will be blacklisted, blocked and we will warn other artists of you.
Flake on us when we make you a custom? We’ll turn them into an adopt and find them a new home.
You agree to the final piece, you get that as is. You can’t change any of it when it’s fully completed and accepted.
You will also lose all rights to the piece we made for you and we have the right to use the pose in a YCH to make up losses.
You do NOT have permission to resell our art as "NFTs". In doing so, you will be blocked, blacklisted and we'll be taking legal action.
You are NOT allowed to train AI with our artwork, and you are NOT allowed to run our artwork through AI. In doing so, you will be blocked, blacklisted and we'll be taking legal action.

♡ YCH Information/TOS

If you buy a YCH commission and then flake out on it after payment is requested, you will be blacklisted and blocked.
Small changes to a YCH are fine, but if the changes change the YCH significantly to the point it isn't the same picture, you will be charged an extra fee for how big and how many changes there are.

♡ Adopt Information/TOS

If you bought an adopt and scammed a refund, you lose all rights to the adopt and we will resell it. We have the right to hire legal services if you continue to use the adopt after getting a refund.
We keep a signature on adopts you've bought to protect your new found friend from people that try to claim the art/character as their own.
We do not hold adopts, if you do not have the money and try to hold for an adopt we will instantly decline. If you want our adopts you must have the money already to buy it.
Other than that, we do not control your new character as you’ve bought all rights to it.

If you are wanting to commission something of NSFW, you're allowed to commission us. But bear in mind you'll need to answer this form as well. If you don't, that means you haven't read our TOS, and thus will ignore you.
